| In recent years, with the support of the national military industry fixed assets investment(FAI) continued to increase, the FAI projects of Institute S have entered a rapid development, the number of projects and investment scale of the projects have increased substantially. In the course of projects construction, Institute S has established a set of relatively complete management system in FAI gradually. But with the national supervision and management efforts continue to strengthen, it has put forward higher requirements for the projects construction process management.This article analyzed every management situation of the project from demonstration, declaration, implementation to acceptancecheck, through sorting out the characteristics of management, management system, management process of FAI projects of China’s military industry, and organization structure& current management situation of each stage of FAI projects of Institute S, taking comprehensive technical renovation projects of Institute S for example. In view of situations like insufficientdemonstration in early stage, miscommunication in middle, and exceeding the time limit in later implementation, the paper found out that the problems is weak link in scope management, communication management and progresscontrol. At the same time, the article put forward improvement measures in demonstration,implementation of the projects, with methods like SWOT analysis, WBS work breakdown structure, modern project communication management and time management.The research of this article could provide experiences and references for the implementation of following FAI projects or relevant projects of Institute S. |
