The Research Of Nine Bulls Group's Technician Training Projects Management System

The system sets up decision-making layer, management layer and executive layer. The item management should think the unity and realism of strategy aim, management aim and the item aim, build the training controlling system, enhance the item management and domination of the item starting, planning, executing,controlling and managing and controlling the final affairs. Strictly managing implement, carefully organizing project team, establishing project plans and tracing and controlling, the key lies in the management and control of quality, progress and cost, enhancing information management, getting done with decision analysis and work report.The planning of Nine Bulls Group's projects management system is carried out in three steps: investigation, putting in practice and running.
