Application Of Lean Management In Engineering Projects Of Company MD

At present,extensive management mode is still widely applied in the electric power engineering enterprises in China.Such management mode has been unable to meet the needs of current development of electric power projects.Therefore,the lean management application research must be conducted based on the current electric power projects under the premise of knowing the current electric power project construction and development,and suitable management strategies shall be put forward.This paper describes the background Power Project Lean management,then introduces the research status at home and abroad lean management and related theories.Secondly,the MD company as the research object,proposed power project management process problems,then targeted to expand the Application of lean management to power enterprise project management.Again,the power company to try to design MD lean management program,analyzes the implementation of lean management ideology and basic principles of guidance,the overall design,and the design from lean management modules,processes,systems evaluation.Finally,to ensure operation of MD Electric Power Company of lean management programs,we propose to strengthen the organization and leadership,improve the system management system,to create a cultural environment,strengthen staff training and strengthen enterprise management information system security and other five aspects safeguards for the subsequent study provides a useful reference.
