In the face of the photoelectric products and financial electronic products increasing competition pressure in the two industries, as well as the company’s long-term production and manufacturing system under the circumstances of less resources, urgently needs to optimize the manufacturing system, to reduce the overall operating costs of production, improve production efficiency, the enhancement enterprise competitiveness, improve speed of response to market, meet the demand of the market.Based on the theory of lean production and industrial engineering related carding and research, the study on theory of lean production in domestic and overseas were reviewed, based on the practice AT the present situation of the company, the application of the process program analysis,5w2h, CRES,6s management tools such as the operation condition of the assembly workshop and production site condition has carried on the investigation and analysis, find out the existing problems in the assembly workshop production system and the causes of the problem. On the basis of the formation of the assembly workshop production system optimization of the overall train of thought, made the specific optimization project implementation steps. This paper studies the production layout, line balance, visual management and standardized operations in four aspects, such as optimizing measures.
