Research On T Company's Lean Production Implementation Program Optimization

China's social economy has entered a new normal,with diverse market demands and increasing competition among enterprises.Under the new situation,the current production management model of T Company has been difficult to meet the objective requirements of social economic development and technological progress.Improving the production efficiency,reducing production costs and improving product quality have become the central goal of the current enterprise reform.Based on the basic theory of lean production site management,combined with the unique characteristics of T company's production management,this paper expounds the necessity of implementing lean production.On this basis,it highlights the central purpose of lean production to eliminate waste and improve production efficiency and quality,analysis the current status of lean production management of T Company,summarizes the main problems in the T company's lean production: unreasonable production plan,chaotic production site management,insufficient production base preparation,low equipment management and maintenance level,low production quality,and low informatization level,and further explains the reasons for these problems in five aspects: personnel issues,funding issues,lean production supporting mechanisms,operational processes and methodological issues,and organizational management issues.Based on the actual situation of T company,this paper has improved the existing lean production plan,introduced the improved lean production implementation plan from the aspects of the principle,objectives,implementation steps and implementation methods of the design,and finally put forward some measures to ensure the smooth implementation of lean production.: Organizational security,company leadership Support,financial support and protect the distribution of benefits,establish and improve the matching incentives.
