Research On Lean Production Of Lithium Battery Of C Company Based On ERP

The rapid development of economy,and constantly promote the progress of the enterprise management,in order to deal with the complicated and changeable market,production enterprises upgrading competition in recent years,many enterprises try to save the enterprise resources using more advanced management methods or measures,improve the efficiency of.At present,the mainstream of the two ways is the ERP system management or benefit production management mode,the results are remarkable cases are not common.There are also some companies try to implement the production management of these two products,but can not fully integrate the two management ideas.ERP management system focuses on the overall planning and information transmission speed and accuracy.But for the production of the influence is too weak;also in the lean production mode can enterprises can less resources gain output used to the maximum,but the lack of macro information management module of company level,if the two can be combined together,the depth,can raise the operational efficiency of the enterprise management system,help enterprises to obtain the most significant effect return.In this paper,based on the current operating status of C company,using the theory of industrial engineering to study the implementation of lean production based on ERP management system.By analyzing the operation mode of C company production of lithium battery management,establish a set of plans to push and pull production system planning operation at the same time;this scheme is mainly composed of the company's management and production workshop,the company's management is mainly to use ERP system to manage the product orders,raw materials procurement personnel arrangements and production plan the workshop level;implement the lean production management tools,implement JIT production,coordinate production line synchronization and equalization operation;establish lithium battery production quality control system,to improve the optimization of ERP management system.Then the ERP management system and lean production management system of C company are summarized.C will not onlyimprove theoperating income,enhance competitiveness,the industry also has a certain reference value.
