Nowadays the competition among the car manufacturing enterprises has transferred gradually from the "market center" to the "customer center" with the rapid expansion of China's car market.At the same time the market puts forward higher requirements on auto parts companies.In order to meet the requirements of the main orders and deal with the challenge of the lowering costs,the auto parts companies have to shorten the production cycle,reduce logistics cost and improve the agility and flexibility of the supply chains.Logistics as a "the third party interest source" has played a vital role in these key links for the auto parts enterprises.As a professional company in automobile exhaust system,Harbin Iry Company has a certain advantage in product development and manufacturing technology.However,there is a big gap in terms of logistics management between Iry and the other domestic and foreign enterprises.Iry has to improve their lean production and supplier management.Developing and actualizing a production logistics system strategy which suitable for the enterprise is the key factor to improve the logistics operation efficiency,to reduce business operating costs and to enhance the core competitiveness.In this paper,the present situation of the development of lean production and the value stream was analyzed.The importance of the lean production system management for Iry has been pointed out.The strategy choice and implementation for the lean production system development in Iry enterprise was provided through the analysis of the production logistics in and outside Iry.According to the current situation of Iry,a strategic plan of lean production system was developed including the the policy management,the scene management,the production logistics management,the construction of the workplace,the lean production base and preparation.The customer demand of production logistics system for Iry Company would be satisfied by the plan.And the products and information would be delivered timely to the customer at the lowest costs.Eventually the core competitiveness of Iry Company would be developed through this lean value stream.
