The Study Of Lean Production System Implementation On BH Company

After the1990s, the trend of global economic integration lead to intensified, and the products in Automotive, consumer electronics are also in developing, more and more large international companies to establish a production base in China, to meet the growing marketing of the global consumer and reduce the overall operating costs. Lean production is production method for pursuing maximum reducing the enterprise resource and the enterprise management and operations costs. At the same time, it’s a theory, a culture. Lean production was born in enterprise can improved significantly in customer satisfaction, production flexible, staff efficiency, inventory cost, product quality, delivery lead-time, morale, etc, Meanwhile, the resources input is reduced relatively, which is very suitable for the manufacturing enterprises to get developing by digging internal potential themselves. In the article, the author set the BH company which he work in as example and studies on specific problems, also introduces the specific scheme of implementing the lean manufacturing in BH company.First of all, this paper introduces the lean production mode generally, including in generation and development, meaning and superiority, also the theory system, technical system in lean production. Especially, we can compare the lean production with the mass production, to make sure the five basic principles and seven kinds of waste can guiding many different methods to avoid waste in lean production.Secondly, we found the BH company have many production operation problems base on the analysis for present situation, and points out that it’s necessary and feasible to carries out the lean production in the company.Thirdly, we collected and sorted the data base on current production status in BH company, and draw current value flow chart for fire alarm workshop, then use value stream mapping to identify the waste in current activities, at last, we can draw the future value flow chart after worked out the improve scheme.Finally, the fire alarm shop can be as a pilot, there would be a series of improvement on production site, and also the benefit analysis can be got by using of lean manufacturing and industrial engineering with modern management tools and so on.This paper studies has important reference meaning and value to other consumer electronic products manufacturing enterprises, also to have the theory value and the methods of guiding the implement general manufacturing enterprise in lean production.
