The production plan, an important production method to achieve the ultimatebusiness goals, is a kind of rule to guide the formation of products, it is also a referencestandard in production process, which is used to constrain the amount, quality and typesof the products, to coordinate the progress of every tasks and the arrangement of thework. However, with the demand of diversification and personalization in today’smarket, the traditional mass production methods is no longer suitable, the multi-speciesand small-lot methods of lean production have played an important role in enterpriseproduction process, the introduction of the lean production plan is an effective measuresto realize economic growth of the enterprise and to enhance the competitiveness of theirproducts. The purpose of this paper is to solve the existing problem of BSH companiesin the production plan system. To increase the company’s production efficiency, reduceproduction cost and inventory accumulation by applying the lean production technologyin the formulation and implementation process of company’s production plan.Through the analysis of the current situation and the existing problems oftraditional production plan, this paper puts forward design principles and formulates anapplication process of the lean production plan system. On the basis of optimizing therelated resources we designed a production plan scheme with the lean productionthought to meet the company’s needs. We introduced pull production model, establisheda balanced production plan and used heuristic algorithm for the production order, andimplemented continuous improvement. Finally the statistic analysis of relevant dataproved that the implementation effects of the lean production in the production plan ofBSH companies. Through the implementation of new plan in the workplace, related dataanalysis results from October to December in the year of2011show that the threemonth average customer delivery rate has been increased by15.3%,compared with thecorresponding period last year,equipment utilization ratio has been gown by an average4%, machine fault loss averaged3.7%, on average, reduce inventory cycle time for10days, the production efficiency is increased by68%.
