The development of elderly care service industry is one of the important ways to solve the problem of aging,its accelerated development is of great significance to better meet the needs of the elderly care service and to promote the conservation and rational utilization of elderly care services. In the era of "Internet plus" and "cloud service", the elderly care service providers gradually extended from enterprises and individuals to the online retailers, furthermore, the elderly care service which possesses high-quality and meets the dynamic needs has been favored by the demander. But for providers of elderly care service, achieving strategic cooperation, giving full play their own advantages and promoting value-added services has gradually become the key to enhance the competitiveness and services attractiveness. There are demands and resources of elderly care service abound in the market and the virtualization and integration of them become the core problems of the development of elderly care service industry.Therefore, it begins from the integration model of bilateral resources. Then, analysis and research on the bilateral resource integration and service resource virtualization of elderly care services are conducted. The main works are as follows:Firstly, in order to construct the elderly care service system scientifically, it introduces the bilateral integration model. Relying on analyzing the characteristics of offline pension service models and domain features of elderly care service, defining and classifying elderly care service needs, service resources and virtual elderly care service resources, it proposes a pension service model based on bilateral resource integration.Secondly, to manage and schedule the elderly care service resources uniformly, it researches the virtualization of elderly care service resources between supplier and demander. Based on the formal definition of service resources, a elderly care service resource mapping mechanism and virtualization strategy is proposed. It gives a service resource virtualization procedure and constructs the elderly care service repositories using Resource clustering algorithm for similar elderly care service based on Single-Pass clustering algorithm.Thirdly, for better meeting the needs of customers and making reasonable use of elderly care service resources, it integrates and optimizes these resources. According to the partial order relationship between service resources, combining the characteristics of historical data of pension service, it uses FP-growth algorithm to solve the static mix of service resources and improves the satisfaction of specific customers. Facing with the dynamic needs of elderly customers, a modified bee colony algorithm will be used to manage and schedule resources of elderly care service of the dynamic integration according to the service quality, suppliers’ reputation and customers’ constraints.Fourthly, in order to verify the feasibility of the above theoretical research, the bilateral resources integration system for the elderly care service is designed and developed. According to the idea of software engineering design, the paper designed the architecture, functions, processes and database of the elderly care service system. The paper elaborated how to realize the core functions of the system in the way of the method flow and module display. At last, the system was tested with white-box testing and black-box testing.
