Design Of Care Worker Service Platform APP Based On Elderly User Requirements

As the global aging trend continues to increase,population aging and family emptying have gradually become the trend of the times.Due to the implementation of the "family planning" policy,the cost of children's accompanying care continues to increase under the "4-2-1" family pattern.The existing pension model can no longer meet the needs of consumers.The product model is in urgent need of upgrading.However,the supply of the care industry is in short supply,management is not standardized,and supervision is not in place.As a result,consumers cannot find satisfactory petrol workers.Especially the elderly care workers are even harder to find.Therefore,emphasis on efficient,professional,highquality Care Worker Service Platform APP came into being.This paper takes the user's requirements as the core and combines the characteristics of the era of information technology to design a nursing service platform APP to help the majority of Chinese families find the most desirable companions.Firstly,this report adequately analyzes and summarizes the situation of care industry development and the theory of customer-related demands,listing the products designing process,extraction method and integration method that all based on user requirements for deeper research.Secondly,ensuring and dividing the target users by survey and investigation to set up the target role is the next step of extracting and integrate user requirements.The third point to perform is that analyzing the relevant designing elements in terms of investigated user requirements which including the application functional,visual,and interactive components,and proposing the design principle of care worker service platform application interface.Lastly,I make practical design on the platform application and show the hi-fi blue print.This article takes the user requirements as the core,through the user's research,the extraction and integration of needs,designing a service platform for nursing workers that meets the old people's operating habits,to find better and more reliable care services for consumers.It not only contributes to the development of information in the application of pension services,and it can also be applied to the medical service for the aged even offering reference to other service products development.
