Research On The Design Of Nursing Care System For The Elderly From The Perspective Of Home Care

In the context of the increasing trend of an aging population,the problem of home night care has attracted more and more attention due to accidents such as falls caused by the elderly at night.In this environment,the process of home care is inseparable from the support of nursing aids and related nursing services,which puts forward more accurate requirements for the allocation of social endowment resources and system matching mechanisms.Therefore,based on the theory of continuous care under the concept of home security,this study focuses on the night multi-scenario activity behavior of elderly people at home and tries to construct a night care system with integrated protection and assistance to fully meet the night behavior needs of elderly users.This study is divided into four parts: theory analysis-case study-user research-design practice,from theoretical analysis to design practice.The first part is a theoretical analysis: firstly,define the concepts related to home care for the elderly at home and abroad,clarify the general idea of the research on night care for the elderly at home;secondly,analyze the theoretical methods related to home care,summarize the design innovation ideas of system thinking intervention in elderly services: clarify the research problem-investigate the development status-insight into behavioral needs-integrate service resources-carry out design practice-design evaluation and verification;secondly,explore the intrinsic relationship between home care and elderly night behavior,clarify the pain points of existing problems.The second part of the case study: firstly,analyze the macro development background of night care services to clarify the current focus of attention,and then focus on the night care scenario of the elderly group;secondly,analyze the characteristics of actual cases of night care at home and abroad to gain insight into the gaps of existing night care service models;Combine with the market situation of night care aids,this thesis explores the existing shortcomings,summarizes the development trend and innovation direction of night care aids,and provides a reliable basis for the research and design practice of home users 'night care needs.The third part of the user research: from the perspective of night multi-activity scenes to explore the user's night behavior and preferences,based on the investigation of the user's background to carry out qualitative research and quantitative research.Qualitative research:Based on the ERG hierarchy of needs theory,conducted semi-structured interviews with target users using the one-day tracking method,code the needs information inductively using the Nvivo12 tool,classify them into rigid and auxiliary needs,sort out user pain points with the help of user journey maps.Quantitative research: Based on qualitative demand results,the quantitative questionnaire was compiled,and the data were clustered and analyzed with factor analysis to obtain the distribution of demand in three categories.Finally,integrate multiple resources to complete the construction of the demand-services model for night care.The fourth part of the design practice: the design practice is guided by the output and experience summary of the previous three parts.Firstly,the design strategy of the night care system for the elderly at home is proposed;secondly,the design innovation of the night care system with protection assistance for the target users is carried out,and the product design of the night walking aids for multiple scenarios is output;finally,the usability test of the overall system solution is carried out to evaluate the design solution.Based on the existing services for the elderly at home,we investigate the night behavioral habits of the elderly at home based on the ERG demand theory,explore the pain points of night behaviors under three types of needs: health care,protective assistance,and spiritual comfort,construct a night care system model;carry out product design of night care aids and evaluate the overall design of the system.The study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the overall design of the system.This study provides a theoretical perspective for the systemic innovation of night care services for the elderly at home,and also provides a new reference for the design of night care aids in practice.
