The fusion of Internet plus and traditional industries will develop new tendency, new forms, and that the evolution of the Internet will develop with new forms of economic and social development by the knowledge society innovation 2.0. Encountering with that traditional retail industry being in urgent need of strategic change, and that the rise of e-commerce meeting the bottleneck of the development of fresh product sales,this paper studies the raw meat freshness nondestructive testing and cold chain logistics path optimization problem. And the paper also studies the problem of fresh product quality safety information channel and cold chain logistics distribution strategy in the process of the large chain supermarket. By odor sensor network technology, RFID and Zigbee wireless transmission technology, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and genetic algorithm theory, the paper presents a new model that the freshness of meat in the supermarket will be sold on the electronic business platform. It will enhance the market potential of the chain supermarket combining with fresh meat quality and safety information, logistics information and transportation decision-making information in the supermarket business platform. Main content and conclusions are as follows:(1)It builds a framework based on three-layer model of Internet of Things by the Zigbee, GPS and other technologies, and develops the hardware and software systems about the information of the fresh product quality and the information of the cold chain logistics. From the technical level, it can be achieved that from the business platform consumers can query the fresh products safety information, real-time environmental information, logistics tracking information, etc.(2)The quality inspection of cold fresh meat products combines electronic nose odor measurement method and volatile basic nitrogen tests that is provided by the national standards. By two-dimensional PCA algorithm, it can very well distinguish between samples, and its contribution rate is up to 98.175%. Two test results have a good correlation, confirming that meat quality nondestructive testing is feasible by the combination of gas sensor and PCA algorithm, and providing the basis for the selection of gas sensor.(3)The supermarket chain logistics distribution business has advantages of short distance. Using Analytic Hierarchy Process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and Genetic Algorithm, it can come out the integrated optimum cold chain logistics strategy with its advantages. Saving the cost and the time, and increasing the quality of service, it plays a role in promoting the development of cold chain in the chain supermarket e-Commerce.
