With the development of economy and society, requirements on working and living environment are more and more high. The number and variety of building electrical equipment need the intelligent building technology of building equipment management, maintenance more complicated. Internet of Things technology provides a new method for the development of intelligent buildings. In order to realize the integration of construction control of electrical equipment, through the integration of computing, communications, control and integration of wireless sensor networks, databases, web services and other technology, building equipment internet of things system is constructed. How to establish the communication between the underlying wireless sensor network and the upper server becomes a key technology in building equipment internet of things system. Intelligent terminal as the communication link between the underlying wireless sensor network and the upper server, realization of the underlying wireless sensor nctwork to obtain various parameters data upload, perform distributed command and control and optimization strategy. To construct building equipment, complete the server and the underlying wireless sensor network communication is a great significance. Based on building equipment internet of things system and the core technology intelligent terminal carried out in-depth study, completed the hardware and software design, solved the problem of communication between the server and the underlying module. Specific research contents include:First, in the thorough analysis of building equipment characteristics and key technologies of the system basis, according to the characteristics of the intelligent building present the intelligent terminal overall scheme design. To the way of communication, the intelligent terminal and server use wired Ethernet, with the underlying use wireless.Second, on the basis of intelligent terminal overall solution using STM32F103xx as microprocessor, design the Ethernet communication module and wireless communication module and the other function of hardware circuit and the intelligent terminal’s IP address automatic acquisition, TCP/IP communication software.Again, one of the key technologies in the intelligent terminal wireless network part done in-depth research. Clustering structure is given based on the area of wireless self-organizing networks. To the establishment of a regional cluster self-organization, network maintenancc and routing algorithm do a comprehensive and deeply research. Designs and implements the wireless self-organizing network protocol stack. Self-organizing wireless network effectively enhances the wireless network for building complex environment adaptability, improve the reliability of the wireless communication.Finally, combining with the underlying module in building equipment internet of things system, the key performance indicators is tested in this paper. The test content mainly include:wireless network communication distance, packet loss rate and networking time test. Ethernet communication packet loss rate and the network pressure test. Test result show that the intelligent terminal design can meet the communication requirements between server and underlying wireless sensor network in the building equipment internet of things system.Through the intelligent terminal is designed. To building unified management of electrical equipment and the realization of the whole optimization provides the technical support. To the application of internet of things teehnology in other areas provides a feasible reference plan.
