For the cryogenic refrigerated transportation products in the process of the transportation,due to the limit condition of cryogenic preservation transportation,the deterioration of medicines,dairy products and fresh food are of frequent occurrence.In order to guarantee the quality of cryogenic refrigerated transportation products and realize the whole process monitoring of cryogenic refrigerated transportation,a cold chain terminal monitoring system based on S5PV210 is designed and implemented in this thesis for cryogenic refrigerated transportation environment above zero temperature.In this thesis,the drive program is developed based on the Linux system and the drive program of temperature and humidity sensor,GPS positioning module,gate magnetic module and camera module are designed.The hardware recognition of the system is realized by transplanting the driver to the Linux kernel.By using the multi-thread control technology,a multi-thread control system is designed,which includes temperature and humidity module control thread,GPS module control thread,gate magnetic module control thread,video information collection thread,main thread,etc.The software control system of vehicle terminal monitoring platform is completed.After researching the interface development technology under Linux system,the interface of multi-display area vehicle monitoring system including temperature and humidity data display,gate magnetic status display and the display of camera video information are developed by utilizing QT and transplanted to S5PV210 development board.Completed the design and development of the display interface of the on-board monitoring terminal.In order to verify the validity and feasibility of the developed system,the embedded test environment of the refrigerated vehicle transportation monitoring system is built and the system test is carried out in the laboratory environment.The functions of temperature and humidity data acquisition and display,geographic location information acquisition and display,video information collection and display are tested and the display and update of the monitoring information are accomplished in the monitoring interface.The results show that,under the Linux system,the driver can accurately identify the access hardware and the vehicle terminal monitoring system can accurately track and collect real-time data covering temperature and humidity in the container of refrigerated car.Thereal-time data display and update are fulfilled by the vehicle monitoring interface meeting the requirements of the cold chain logistics vehicle monitoring system.
