With the rapid development of the Internet, cloud computing, Internet of things and other information technology, we are entering the era of Industrie 4.0. For the traditional manufacturing industry, the attendant is from the scale of production to the transformation of personalized production, we can also call it intelligent manufacturing. If it can be applied to the industrial production of intelligent manufacturing, will lead to a new revolution in modern manufacturing.China is a big country, dyeing and finishing industry is a representative of the traditional industries,but there is always the problem of low efficiency. It is urgent to upgrade through intelligent production.The objective of this paper is to design and implement order analysis and process scheduling system for dyeing and finishing CPPS. The research work of this paper mainly focuses on the design and implementation of mobile phone client, and the research on order analysis and process scheduling. The main research contents include:1) Combined with the characteristics of Industrie 4.0 background and refering to the overall architecture of dyeing and finishing CPPS, this paper discusses the relationship between the function of each subsystem and communication between each other. Then it discusses the status and contribution of this system in the dyeing and finishing of CPPS.2) According to the sample of dyeing order and the pattern of dyeing and finishing process,this paper makes requirement analysis and divides the system module. The function of each module is determined, and the operation environment of the system is determined.3) Focus on the order analysis and process scheduling problems, this paper uses KNN algorithm to match similar orders, and produces the corresponding process. Through the use of dynamic programming and shuffled frog leaping algorithm, it generates the best production plan.The ideas and steps of solving the problem are described in detail, and the related realizationresults are given.4) Using WeX5 technology, the dyeing and finishing of CPPS mobile phone platform is built.According to the theoretical research and demand analysis results, this paper designs the system architecture and related functional modules. And the performance of the system function module and algorithm are tested. The feasibility and practical value of the system are also verified.
