The scheduling problem of dyeing and finishing workshop,hereinafter referred to as the APS,is a typical NP-hard problem,which has important practical significance for its research.Scheduling is a key operation method for production scheduling,and provides visual production schedule and plan for manufacturing.At present,the traditional artificial experience in the production workshop of manufacturing enterprises not only wastes a lot of time but also has low production efficiency,which becomes a fatal obstacle for enterprises to improve their productivity.In the dyeing and finishing industry,some research results have been made on the production of the dye VAT,but no report has been reported on the automatic production of the workshop.Therefore,in view of the above problem,this paper analyzes the dyeing and finishing process of dyeing and finishing workshop,combined with the influence factors of affecting production scheduling in the process of production scheduling and the arrangement of production scheduling principles include under consideration,the definition of dyeing and finishing workshop scheduling problem is determined.On the basis of defining the definition of the problem,the corresponding mathematical model is set up for each index in the production process,and the objective function of automatic production of dyeing and finishing workshop is constructed,then combining the genetic algorithm in artificial intelligence algorithm,on the basis of understanding the basic genetic algorithm,after modifying the process of genetic algorithm and its genetic operation,the problem solving method is put forward,the method can obtain the relative optimal solution.Finally,the actual production data of Huafang Co.Ltd are used to experiment,and the efficiency of the method is verified by the actual scheduling task.The experimental results show that the efficiency has been greatly improved compared with manual production.Finally,the automatic production scheduling system in dyeing and finishing workshop is designed and implemented.This system is a project from Huafang Co.Ltd,which realizes the optimal visualization of automatic production in the dyeing and finishing workshop based on the basic configuration,such as machine information,production task information,and so on.The system is developed on the eclipse development tool by using Java development language,and the system website using Servlet+ Spring+ Hibernate framework technology,use of SQLSERVER database,the website is deployed on the server of tomcat7.0X,use ant Apache as the program compile,test,deployment,returns the return value in the JSON format to the front desk and is shipped to the front desk.After completion of the system,a comprehensive system test is carried out.In this paper,several main test cases and test results of functional test and performance test are described in detail,and the system test results show that the system has high reliability and high quality.
