The Big Data Management And Analysis In The Cyber-physical Production System Of Dyeing And Finishing

Under the "industrie 4.0" and "made in China 2025" plan background, along with the evolution of the personal computer to diversified intelligent device, the development of cloud computing and Internet technology, more and more strong, independent,intelligent devices have achieved the directly connected with the Internet or equipment by the wireless,which has bring the Internet of things, service network and data network,also driving the physical world and the virtual network world combining in the form of Cyber-physical systems(CPS).At the same time, a kind of intelligent manufacturing system based on CPS called CPPS has been on the rise, it will make a significant contribution in the future industrial changes.Combining the school advantage and project requirements,this article has designed and implemented the big data management and analysis module in the CPPS of Dyeing and Finishing based on the construction of CPPS of dyeing and finishing. At first,this article investigate the domestic and foreign present situation of CPPS,and combine with industry characteristics of dyeing and finishing, design the system architecture of dyeing and finishing of CPPS,and also points out the importance of data in the system.The data in the CPPS of Dyeing and Finishing has diversity source and variety structure,such as: the data in the process of Dyeing and Finishing is a type of data which is the relatively simple and stable structure of time series data; But for the business process, the situation is much more complex, will produce a great deal of data which has complex structure. How to storage and manage these large data, and do reasonable and effective analysis is the key point of this paper.This paper introduced the tools which are used to deal with the big data in detail and introduces the concrete realization process of each function module.Finally, through the practical application and test of system,this article have verified the big data management and analysis module can well meet the demand of the system,and the system has a certain application value.
