In the field of logistics, transportation and inventory are the two most importantareas. Transportation costs and inventory costs account for about40%of the totalcosts of logistics, and are two important factors that affect the logistics costs.Reducing the transportation costs and inventory costs is the key to reduce the wholelogistics costs. Therefore, researching logistics transportation and inventory optimalscheduling problem of dyeing production has an important role to improve theeconomic efficiency of enterprises and the level of management technology.This paper combines with the actual situation of the transportation and inventoryin logistics systems of certain dyeing enterprise in Jinjiang, having some aspects ofstudies as to the logistics model and optimization techniques of the dyeingproduction.(1) Through the analysis of the product transportation processes and enterpriseproduction, the specific needs of sales for production transportation of certain textileenterprise in Jinjiang, establishing the total transportation fees as the lowest objectivefunction of the dyeing production transportation model and designing the model ofthe genetic algorithm to optimize solutions. The actual example illustrates the validityof the model and the superiority of the genetic algorithm in solving transportproblems.(2) As to the common for a wide range of spare parts of modern textileenterprises, large inventory occupation characteristics, establishing the total inventoryfees as the lowest objective function of the spare parts joint order inventoryoptimization models of dyeing production and particle swarm algorithm is designedto solve the optimal joint order amount of models. Lastly, the examples illustrate thevalidity of the model and the feasibility of the particle swarm algorithm to solve theinventory models.(3) Through the deep analysis of the actual dyeing production logistics, themethod of combination of transportation and inventory optimization is put forward, and establishing the dyeing production transportation-inventory combinationoptimization model that put the much lower of total transportation fees and inventoryfees as the optimization objection. And the genetic algorithm is designed to solve themost optimal solution, finally, using the example to illustrate the validity of the modeland feasibility of algorithm.(4) Based on the study of the dyeing production logistics optimization model,developing the dyeing production logistics scheduling system under the platform ofVisual Studio.NET2008, which can meet the needs of the logistics management. Atthe same time, the traffic order quantity, inventory and the cost can be calculatedmore quickly. |
