Virtual Resource management system in Cloud Manufacturing makes the physical resources(hard manufacturing resources and soft manufacturing resources)interconnected,perceived and feedback control.It transforms physical manufacturing resources into logic manufacturing resource and removes the tight dependency between physical resources and manufacturing applications which improves the utilization ratio, reliability, security and usability of the virtual resource management system.In this paper, a virtual resource management system based on CPPS is proposed, which combines the dyeing and finishing manufacturing process.We package and model the production resources with the description templates of cloud manufacturing resource by analyzing all production equipment in dyeing and finishing process, including pre-treatment,dyeing,printing and finishing.The cloud manufacturing virtual resource pool is built by the way of registering and publishing the virtual resources into service center.Combined with the software development technology of J2 EE,this paper developed the prototype system of virtual resource management which provides an efficient and safe way to make full use of the virtual resource pool.From the functional module and the performance requirements to database design,we use object-oriented and service-oriented approaches to design.The main function modules are implemented,such as resource registration and publishing, order demand application,user unified management, resource monitoring and service transaction and assessment and so on.At the same time,with the software testing methods,it verifies the correctness and stability of the virtual resource management in the cloud manufacturing environment.Cloud virtual manufacturing management is a new manufacturing models and tools, representing the future trend in manufacturing.It is an important technology to make the production digital, networked, intelligent and it is also a cornerstone to achieve "Industry 4.0" strategy and China "2025" program. This article puts forward the virtual resource management based on this background and do the research in cloud manufacturing virtualization and service.
