The Study On Information Integration Of Dyeing & Finishing Process On Web Service

Dyeing and Finishing is very important in Textile Process, It's a flow containing four steps. Such as pretreatment, dyeing, printing and finishing. The purpose of dyeing and finishing is to improve the performance of the fabrics. People will feel more comfortable when they put on the clothes after better dyeing and finishing. A good technic of dyeing and finishing ensures a good quality of products.At present, fabric process has four characters. A few quantities of batch, more kinds of fabrics, better quality and more effective delivery which is difficult to achieve by traditional process. A way must be found to logically connect the course of pretreatment, dyeing, printing and finishing. Comprehensive control need to do with the dyeing and finishing process. By this way, some quality problem can be resolved, such as color difference, reproducibility. The factories of dyeing and finishing can really improve their producing level.Web service constructs a universal technical level which is not related with system platform and programming language. All kinds ofapplications on heterogeneity platform can be integrated on the technical level. So an opening and distributing system can be created. Enterprise and people can rapidly and cheaply integrate the process in any place on web service. The process of dyeing and finishing just has an opening and distributing information system. It is why we will use web service to integrate the information of dyeing and finishing.In this paper, we will study how to construct the frame of dyeing and finishing process based on web service by apache soap technology. Also, we will use Java language to publish the web service which can be accessed by client through web service. Finally, we will summarize the way of dyeing and finishing process information integration and put forward some advices and opinions according to our study to further develop and perfect our system.
