Today's manufacturing enterprises are mostly faced with the demand for personalized orders of multi varieties and small batches.In order to meet this demand,the production mode of enterprises mostly changes from the inventory oriented production mode MTS(make to stock)to the order oriented production mode MTO(make to order).Different from the inventory oriented production mode,in the order oriented production mode,the preliminary design and development of order products have been completed,while the formal production of products is to wait for the arrival of customer orders.In this way,the production enterprises can reduce the inventory pressure,so as to better deal with the risks brought by market uncertainty.Compared with MTS production mode,MTO mode can better meet the needs of customers,but at the same time,the delivery time of enterprises is relatively longer.Therefore,whether MTO Manufacturing Enterprises can deliver products to customers on time under the premise of ensuring product quality has become the biggest problem of sustainable development.To sum up,in the MTO production mode,the research of order scheduling has important theoretical research significance and practical application value.The main contents of this paper are as follows(1)Research on order static scheduling for aluminum electrolytic capacitor manufacturing workshop.According to the actual investigation of aluminum electrolytic capacitor workshop of HW company.The characteristics of its order production and production line are determined,and an order scheduling optimization model with the least total tardiness and the least total penalty is established.Then,an improved genetic algorithm based on the crossover method based on pox operator and the mutation method based on dynamic mutation probability is proposed,and the algorithm is used to solve and test the mathematical model of order scheduling.Finally,three test cases and the actual order data are tested to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.The results show that the proposed algorithm can make the capacitor order task completion rate significantly better than the data provided by the enterprise.(2)Research on Dynamic Scheduling for aluminum electrolytic capacitor manufacturing workshop.On the basis of the order scheduling model and improved genetic algorithm,the dynamic scheduling problem of capacitor workshop is described,and the order dynamic scheduling method driven by insertion disturbance event is studied.The order dynamic scheduling scheme for capacitor production is designed,the specific implementation process of order dynamic scheduling is given,and the method of periodic rescheduling strategy is determined Single solution,and the rolling window technology to achieve dynamic scheduling.Finally,the feasibility of the strategy is verified by the simulation test of the actual production data.(3)The design of order scheduling system for aluminum electrolytic capacitor production.Based on the above research,the order scheduling model and solution algorithm are applied to the practice.By using the GUI design module in MATLAB,an order scheduling system is developed,which is easy to browse,operate and visualize.It is very convenient for the production management personnel to quickly formulate production plan and respond to the situation of inserting orders in real time.The theoretical research and the actual production are combined,It has important engineering application value.
