In recent years, our country’s emergency rescue technology has been continuously developing during our long-term fight against natural disasters. As an important emergency rescue force, construction machinery plays a pivotal role in the rescue. At present, with the development of information technology, Internet has penetrated into all areas of social life, which brings construction machinery into effect in the aspect of emergency rescue management, emergency response, real-time monitoring and so on.Based on theoretical research and relevant survey, this paper provides a detailed study on the design of construction machinery emergency rescue management system’s structure and function, as well as a in-depth research on the management of construction machinery emergency rescue basic information, and the method of rescue equipment scheduling configuration. By using software analysis and design techniques such as B / S framework, C # language, ASP.NET technology, SQL Server2012 database development tools, this paper successfully develops the construction machinery management system for emergency rescue.Firstly, this paper achieves the structural design of construction machinery management system for emergency rescue, and studies two main aspects of emergency management: on the one hand, emergency rescue device configuration. It analyzed the factors that influence the configuration of rescue machinery, identified the types of rescue device by using the method of set. According to the rescue mission, it determines the number of devices, forming the initial configuration options available to emergency rescue staff. On the other hand, the emergency rescue equipment scheduling. It considered emergency and economic constraints, established a combinational scheduling model of multi-points of rescue and demands and made sample verification. Then, according to the needs analysis of mechanical engineering emergency rescue, it designed the main function modules and composition structure of the Rescue Management System, selected the appropriate database development platform to make demand analysis of the database and to complete database design work. Finally, there is a detailed elaboration about the implementation of real-time monitoring of construction machinery emergency rescue management system.
