After the mine accident,the mine rescue team is the main force fighting in the front line.The construction of mine rescue team directly affects the life of miners and the safety of national property.However,at present,there are some problems in the business management of the mine rescue team in China,such as data entry and query difficulties.In order to realize the intelligent and standardized construction of rescue team,it is of practical significance to design a set of emergency management system of mine rescue team.The emergency rescue management system uses B/S architecture,combined with front-end and back-end separation mode for development,mainly used for daily business management of the rescue team.This paper uses Internet cloud technology,voice interaction,data visualization and other technologies to realize the front-end page design,data interaction,voice interaction,and data visualization of the system.The system is deployed on the cloud server,using Vue.js,Element-UI and other technical frameworks,combined with echarts tools to achieve page design and data display.Front-end and back-end data interaction is realized through Axios,and webpack packs the code,and combined with other front-end technology assists project development.According to the work process and business of the rescue team,the emergency rescue management system includes personal modules,equipment material module,emergency alarm module,training module,system management module,rescue plan module,basic configuration module,rescue team module,planning module,data management module and office automation module.The system mainly includes storage and management of the basic data of the rescue team,the statistical analysis and visual display of the data,the maintenance and storage of equipment and materials,the automatic generation of emergency plans,the uploading and downloading of documents,the intelligent input of the alarm information and the real-time tracking of the handling of the alarm,the announcement of voice reading notification and the reminder to be done,and so on.After the system development is completed,the user tests the function,UI and security of the front end through the browser.The test results show that the system function can be used normally and the page in the mainstream browser displays normally,meeting the design requirements.In the voice interaction test,the average correct rate of speech synthesis reach more than 94%,the average correct rate of speech recognition reach more than 90%,the speed of inputting alarm information through speech recognition is obviously faster than that of handwritten recording and typing.The function meets the needs of rescue team.The system has accepted the Shennan rescue team,and the field application results have verified the effectiveness and stability of the system.
