The enterprise procurement and supply chain management platform is a large distributed system designed to implement the SaaS.It can support employee demand report,employee demand manage,goods sourcing manage,purchase order manage receipt and return manage,payment manage,supplier manage,etc.,and connect with the existing business systems within the enterprise to provide more compliant business capabilities of procurement and supply chain management.During the research and development of the project,the software engineering theory is strictly followed,the system is described in the way of graphic language,the requirement specification,overall business design document and detailed module design document of the business system are produced,and unit test is prepared for the main business code to ensure that the system can carry out complete regression test in iteration and maintenance.In order to implement the SaaS system,multi-tenant control strategy,distributed transaction,reliable inter-service communication and other components are developed,and the middleware such as My SQL,Redis,Elastic Search,Rocket MQ,Nginx are used to support business.The team uses JIRA agile management system to manage people's work,analyze and supervise code quality through Sonar scanning.Through the establishment of a technical team to solve the technical problems encountered in the development,many key solutions are output to ensure the stability and high availability of the system.Through the collection and statistics of index data during the operation of the system,the data about non business function requirements are obtained,among which the system maintains a availability ratio of about 99% in a one-year cycle,and 97% of business operations can be completed in five seconds,which fully meets the requirements of users for western energy performance.After the continuous iteration of the project,the enterprise procurement supply chain management platform has completed the reform and development of the distributed system,greatly improving the business capability and system stability of the management platform,realizing the coverage of the relevant business of the enterprise procurement supply chain.About 95% of the annual procurement amount is managed by the management platform,which meets the requirements of the enterprise procurement regulatory and audit.
