Online Procurement Bidding System For Agile Supply Chain

With China joining WTO, manufacturing enterprises are faced with much more furious market competition. If enterprises want to gain survival within the environment ,they must realize Business Informatization, establish dynamic alliance within corporations and construct agile supply chain. But procurement is the most unsubstantial tache in the business management .The paper studies the theory about the bidding system of procurement online.This author introduces the actuality of the enterprise procurement system and the background of the bidding system of procurement online. Then based on the introduction of agile supply chain and its management system, the author studies the bidding system of procurement online from three aspects: the system architecture, arithmatic model and development of the system. Based on the requirement for the information cadre, the author establishes the system architecture, and analyzes function construction, network construction and security of the system. And then, based on the introduction of the theory of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), the author establishes the AHP model of the system .Then the author establishes a archetypal system of bidding system of procurement online based on Windows.In the end ,after the sum-up of the whole paper,some further researches are suggested.
