Industry cluster was a geographically concentrated of interrelated companies which in a certain area, it was a group which included specialized suppliers, service providers, enterprises and institutions.In the cluster supply chain of injection molding machine industry, in order to meet the increasingly fierce market competition environment, and to meet the changing demand for materials in the production process of injection molding machine. In recent years, scholars have done a lot of procurement management and supplier evaluation research, and has made a very significant achievement. The author researched the collaborative procurement management system of the injection molding machine cluster supply chain based on the SaaS (Software-as-a-service).To meet the requirement of evaluating suppliers flexibly in collaboration platform of injection machine cluster supply chain.By analyzing the characteristics of injection machine cluster supply chain and the importance of selecting suppliers strategic partner, a dynamic evaluation of the supplier’s solution base on for collaboration platform of injection machine cluster supply chain, was presented. Then, the set of dynamic evaluation index system to meet the different was designed, and the dynamic algorithm library was established, so that alliances can choose different algorithms to meet the different needs of the index weight, at the same time, a graphics component for showing the supplier evaluation results was designed base on the platform.Finally, the collaborative procurement system of injection molding machine in the cluster supply chain based on the SaaS was Designed and developed, and it was applied to injection molding machine in Ningbo city, and achieved good results.
