Design And Implementation Of Procurement Supply Chain Management System For JiaLing Group

In the commercial environment of economic globalization and rapid changes at present days, the competition between enterprises is drastically.The global layout of the multinational companies has not only promoted the service of the market nearby, but also decreased the cost for the Aggregate production. For the faster speed, lower price and the better service, the managers realize that the target can not be reached by insular job. The integrate supply chain management is the core of the enterprise competition strategy.Procurement is one of the most important during the process of enterprise production activities. Procurement Management in supply chain management is an efficient way to decrease the cost. Improving enterprise benefit by strengthening procurement management is demanded. Giving fully play to the procurement is the key to low down the whole operation cost for the enterprise to gain competition advantage.Firstly, this thesis analyzes and summarizes the current research of enterprises procurement management and supply chain management home and abroad. Combining the actuality, the characteristic and the requirement of procurement supply chain management in JiaLing Group ,it brings through a solution for the procurement supply chain management system of JiaLing Group based on J2EE and three-layer B/S model. Based on the analysis of the system logic structure and architecture-supported technology, this thesis designs the frame architecture, the system structure and the function module for the system, puts forward a running mode of the procurement supply chain management system for JiaLing Group, and analyzes the core running flow of it.Secondly, this thesis studies the main key technologies of the procurement supply chain management system for JiaLing Group. One is the component-developed technology. It presents a component mode for the system. Another is date layer system-integrated technology. It presents a transmission synchronization date interface technology for the system. The last is application layer information-integrated technology. This thesis brings through a distributing system-integrated solution based on the XML of the procurement supply chain management for JiaLing Group, and effectively integrates the bequeathed system. Lastly, based on the above studies, adopting the component technology of J2EE architecture, this thesis develops a procurement supply chain management system for JiaLing Group, and applies it, which turns out satisfactory results.
