Research On The Method Of Collaborative Procurement Management And System Implementation

In the process of globalization, the competition between enterprises becomes more and more severity. To establish core competitiveness and have complementary advantages and to seek win in common, more and more enterprises expand into group companies to organize and manage themselves. Meeting the demands of cross-organizations cooperation, with an advanced and innovational business management is what the paper studies.Firstly, an analysis to the disadvantages of the current procurement management is put forward. To resolve them, the collaborative procurement management model under the multi-demand environment is given. The model is established as follows. In the beginning, organization structure of the procurement functional department in the group company is designed. Afterwards on the ground of studying and analyzing the collaborative procurement process and collaboration features, the negotiation parameters of collaborative procurement between the group company/the subsidiary companies/the suppliers during the collaborative procurement is defined, and the cooperative game strategy is set up.Secondly, aimed at minimizing the purchasing cost, maximizing the decrease of the inventory cost and reducing the influence of defective products on producing, a model of optimized procurement plan under the multi-demand point model is put forward, and a solution using genetic algorithm to the model is given. Then an example is represented and solved.Finally, the system design and implementation has been expatiated.
