"The business of wind" is a famous business class magazine in Yunnan province. With the support of the department of commerce, it has been achieved much progress since founded in 2006. However, along with the advancement of the reform of cultural system, many of the current politics class journals have gradually completed the reform of the system. As a result the enterprise journal number increase rapidly and market competition fierce unprecedented. So in the face of such incentives the pressure of competition, "the business of wind" magazine company how to gain a competitive advantage in the periodical market, evading market risk, become the top issue facing the magazine.In this paper, based on the facts that the competitive environment of periodical industry intense increasingly in our country. Based on the research of integrating theory with practice method, put forward the problems in practice, to solve practical problems in the theoretical research. To the "business wind" magazine as the research object and as the breakthrough point, in-depth system researched on the theory of literature magazine company strategy and in-depth analysis the internal and external environment of "business wind".At last, it has proven the magazine of business wind internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats as well as the macro environment of China’s periodical industry overall. On the basis of this make the overall goal of "business wind" magazine and the overall development strategy. In addition, in order to guarantee the overall goals of the magazine of "business wind" implementation, and puts forward the overall strategy of the concrete implementation phase and strategic implementation of the safeguard measures. Through the research, the author concluded that:First, through the study of Chinese periodical industry development present situation, found that there are many problems of the journal industry in our country. In order to solve these problems, it needs the government department reduce the regulation on the press and publication industry, and exert the market allocation of resources the decisive role in the press and publication industry. Second, through the environment analysis of the "business wind" industry, found that the magazine faces a serious threat to industry. It need magazine of "business wind" change organization, improve the level of management, strengthen the editorial team and enhance quality of employees. Only in this way, can we improve the comprehensive strength of the magazine of business wind "and have an advantage in the competition. Third, on the magazine of "business wind" internal environment analysis, the advantages of magazine and comprehensive strength are over obvious. Therefore,In a word, through the study found that the magazine of "business wind" has a big advantage in the periodical industry. We believe that through the guidance of scientific development strategy, if it grasps the external opportunities and fully tap its own potential, the magazine of "business wind "will be in the fierce competition, get an all-round development.
