In October 2020,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee summarized the development achievements of the previous stage of the 13 th Five Year Plan period,and issued the development plan of the 14 th five year plan for the new period,in which it was clearly proposed to develop emerging industries represented by information technology.As a representative of the development of emerging information technology,the software industry will usher in a new development climax under the strong support of the national development plan in the new period.Looking back at the just concluded 2020,although the domestic software industry has been developing slowly,COVID-19’s influence has been slow.But with the very fruitful efforts of our country in the prevention and control of epidemic situation,the software industry has achieved good development results in the past year,and the sales revenue has increased substantially,playing an important supporting role in the development of China’s network power.The large and medium-sized enterprises in the software industry will also play an important role in the new development period of the fourteenth five year plan,and contribute to the realization of high quality of China’s economy.This paper selects T software company in Shenzhen as the research object,analyzes the internal environment,macro environment and industry environment of the company’s development,puts forward the development vision of T software company,and plans the short-term,medium-term and long-term development goals of T company.Next,SWOT analysis is used to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of T software company compared with the main competitors in the industry,and identify the favorable opportunities and unfavorable threats in the macro and industrial environment for the development of T software company,so as to formulate the overall development strategy suitable for T company’s own characteristics,as well as the technology development strategy and marketing strategy consistent with the overall development strategy And so on.Finally,this paper puts forward five aspects of safeguard measures to escort the implementation of T software company’s development strategy,including the implementation of institutionalized management,strengthening the construction of corporate culture,building external cooperation system,optimizing the company’s human resource management,and strengthening the company’s marketing management.
