At present,the whole society has a more and more vigorous demand for culture and art.Asartmuseum bearing the role of cultural communication,it will have a broad space for development.We realize that state-owned art museums benefit from the support of the government in management and funding,and have played an important role in cultural communication,but they still cannot meet the huge demand of the whole society for culture.Private art museums set up successively in various regions also play an important role.Restricted by capital and policies,private museums need more market-oriented development and management innovation to keep pace with the development of The Times.According to the development characteristics of private art museums,Siqintana art museum also combines its own characteristics and operation experience to develop the corresponding development and management strategy.This study takes the development of Siqintana art museum as the research object,sorts out the development of Siqintana art museum,and finds the existing problems.By drawing lessons from the history and the development experience of museums at home and abroad,this paper analyzes its external environment and its own ability and potential,and determines its own management and development strategy.According to the management development strategy,specific development strategy measures are given.This study believes that the business development strategy of Siqintana art museum is the diversification of business portfolio as a growth strategy and the differentiation of its own business as a business competition strategy.The diversification of business portfolio is mainly the combination of six major businesses,and the differentiation of competitive strategy is mainly four types of differences.At the end of the study,six strategic measures are given,each of which is based on the capacity of the museum itself,and the deployment of strategic measures is carried out to ensure that the new business strategy of the museum can play a better role.
