Media industry in our country is not only a relatively new industry, but also a full of business opportunities. More and more enterprises enter the market,which makes the competition more and more fierce. Media companies to obtain long-term development, it is needed to analyze and research the business from the perspective of the strategic point of view, for the actual development of enterprises to develop a clear strategic objectives. Strengthen the enterprises facing operating environment and the conditions of analysis and decision in the company’s future business conditions and environmental change and correctly grasp the enterprise’s internal and external opportunities and advantages, enhance corporate environmental adaptability, in order to promote the long-term development of the enterprise growth objectives.Based on the connotation of strategic management, strategic analysis tools, and domestic and foreign research status on the basis of the analysis of the services ’intellectual. X media environment for the development of analysis, including macro environment analysis, SWOT analysis of industry competitive environment analysis and x media. And therefore, the overall strategy, competitive strategy, business strategy and support strategy of X media were studied. X media on the choice of differentiated competitive strategy, business strategy includes traditional record business strategy, business promotion business strategy, new media business strategy and film and television entertainment brokerage business strategy. Supporting strategies include brand strategy, outsourcing strategy, strategic alliance strategy, etc.. The implementation and control of the competition strategy of media x includes perfect corporate governance structure, construct efficient organization, expand marketing, increase revenue, strengthening the control of cost, increase the financing capacity of the enterprises, and to establish yet effective incentive mechanism etc..In this paper, a study on x media development status, challenges of the market in the face of more and more competitors analysis, discuss how to develop strategic objectives for x media, and through strategic management to make the company gain the competitive advantage in the fierce market competition. In the current media environment, opportunities and challenges coexist, media companies should try to adapt to the changes of environment, give full play to the company’s internal resources and capabilities, and the opportunities for the development of enterprises to build their own core competitiveness. Therefore, the research of this paper has some theoretical and practical significance.
