Company S is an important high-tech enterprise in China,the company's business development is highly dependent on scientific and technological innovation R & D,scientific and technological research and development in the fields of computing,storage,data and intelligence are the company's core lifeblood.The huge market space and rapid development in the field of big data and artificial intelligence,combined with the Sino-US trade dispute and the "Corona Virus Disease 2019" and other impacts,S Company's strategic development is facing a new situation.The company's strategy and its implementation strategy urgently need to be comprehensively combed and thoroughly analyzed,and on this basis,systematic optimization should be carried out to promote the company's medium and long term scientific development.Through combing S Company's strategy and its implementation strategy,it is found that: the company's strategy has the problems of "vague target positioning" and "hasty action plan";regarding the S Company's strategic implementation strategy,there are problems such as "unstable development of computing and storage business" and "data intelligent business dispersion" in terms of business development,there are problems such as "organizational system disorder" in terms of organization,there are problems such as "the R & D system is not perfect" and "the R & D management is not strong enough to support the strategy" in terms of R & D,there are problems such as "unreasonable talent system" and "backward talent development management" in terms of talents,there are problems such as "lack of cultural system" and "weak cultural management" in terms of culture.Based on this,comprehensively use PEST model,five forces model,resource capability theory,social network theory,business ecosystem,SWOT analysis and other strategic analysis theoretical tools to make an in-depth analysis of the environment of Company S from macro,meso,micro,internal and external perspectives.On this basis,the S Company's strategy and its implementation strategy are optimized to form a relatively complete strategic management system from strategy to implementation strategy,thus it provides a clear blueprint for the company's medium and long term development,this has important theoretical and practical significance for S Company to unify the cognition of all employees and consolidate the strength of all employees,promote sustainable development and continuously shape competitive advantages.
