Since HLST Company as the early international enterprise among electronic component distributor has entered the Chinese market in 2001,China has become its main and important development regions,accounting for about 72% of its overall revenue.In recent five years,HLST Company's revenue has been recovered to that five years ago since 2015 at the periodic bottom.And it's very critical for domestic revenue to break through the preliminary bottleneck.The research of the competitive strategy of HLST Company is conductive to offering some constructive helps to HLST Company under the global economic weakness and the fierce competition of electronic distribution industry at present and providing some references for other companies in the same industry.This paper aims at the Chinese market and centers on electronic component distribution industry.Firstly,using methods such as PEST(Politics,Economy,Society and Technology)Model,Porter's Five Forces Analysis Model,the industry analysis method,competitor analysis method,and resource and capability analysis summarize the key factors of the external and internal environment of HLST Company with qualitative method.Secondly,using the single-level AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)analysis method construct the “External Factor Evaluation Matrix”(EFE Matrix)and the “Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix”(IFE Matrix)of HLST company with quantitative methods.Finally,based on the upper analysis,using SWOT matrix analysis,“Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix”(QSPM Matrix)analysis and other analysis,put forward some strategies suitable for HLST company,and give some specific suggestions for the implementation of the strategy.This paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to systematically study the external and internal environment of HLST Company.The main conclusion is that HLST companies should adopt a growth company strategy,and the business layer should adopt a differentiation strategy.In order to achieve the above strategies,this paper analyzes the alternatives and proposes that HLST company can be implemented in turn.They are increasing the development of solutions,deploying domestic electronic components in advance and build factory in China.The main innovation of this paper is to use qualitative and quantitative methods of IFE + EFE + AHP and SWOT + QSPM to carry out the environmental analysis and strategic choice of HLST company.It provides solutions for HLST company to obtain sustainable competitive advantages and enriches relevant research in the electronic component distribution industry.
