As the basic network of the communication service,the transmission network is responsible for more than 80% of the information in the communication network,and its quality plays a vital role in the carrying of the communication service.With the rapid increase of network demand for communication services,large-scale capacity expansion is being carried out by major domestic operators.However,the rapid construction of supernormal in recent years has led to a continuous decline in the utilization balance of transmission network resources.The bandwidth resources of transmission networks,especially the local backbone network bandwidth resources,are tight,and the port occupancy rate is high.It directly affects the network reliability and resource utilization.As a result,the upgrading of existing equipment and the transformation of existing networks Optimization has become a hot topic for domestic operators.China Mobile Changchun ZTE SDH equipment in the network has been running for more than 15 years.Due to the shift of the center of gravity,there are a lot of problems in ZTE SDH network,such as serious aging of equipment,high failure rate,serious lack of spare parts,long period of failure,and large amount of time slot channels occupied by damaged garbage business.Its network optimization is urgent.This paper focuses on the optimization of SDH transmission network in Changchun,China Mobile.Firstly,the general situation and basic business situation of Changchun Branch of China Mobile are introduced,the background of the project is put forward,and the current situation and existing problems of SDH transmission network in Changchun of China Mobile are analyzed.The significance of the SDH transmission network optimization project of Changchun ZTE of China Mobile is pointed out,and the optimization goal of SDH transmission network is put forward,and the basic principles of optimization are listed according to this goal.According to the previous experience and referring to the relevant experience of the same industry analysis of the transmission network optimization of the focus and difficulties.Secondly,Changchun,China Mobile According to the process of the project,the SDH transmission network optimization project is divided into three stages: the early stage,the implementation stage and the completion stage.Drawing the WBS decomposition structure chart,revealing the related order between the work content and the task in each stage of the project,and the department in charge of the project,which provides the basis for the formulation of the concrete implementation plan of the project.On this basis,the preliminary plan,implementation stage plan and completion plan of the SDH transmission network optimization project of Changchun ZTE of China Mobile are described in detail,and the requirements of each stage are listed.Finally,the progress control and implementation guarantee of the SDH transmission network optimization project of Changchun ZTE of China Mobile are discussed,and the principles,control flow,control methods and control measures of the project are put forward.A series of safeguard measures,such as organization guarantee,personnel guarantee,system and management guarantee and environmental protection,are given to ensure that the project can be carried out according to the plan.Through the research on the SDH transmission network optimization project of Changchun ZTE of China Mobile,and through the analysis of the current situation of the SDH transmission network,the existing problems are analyzed,and the detailed project plan for the project is worked out in the light of these problems.On the basis of this,the specific task arrangement for each stage is given,and the control principle and process method of the project progress control are given,and the implementation guarantee is made for the project.To provide a series of guarantees for the smooth progress of the project.At the same time,it also provides a theoretical reference for similar projects.
