| Based on industrial control the development direction of the network and the advantages of ZigBee network and industrial control sensor data through the ZigBee network and computer communication,it will save a large number of field wiring artificial,time and material cost;at the same time,based on ZigBee network transmission signal,the error will also be less than wired communication error of line loss. Therefore,it has theoretical significance and strong application value to apply the application of ZigBee network in industrial automation control system.In this thesis,based on ZigBee industrial automation control system data communication research,in the in-depth analysis and research of ZigBee protocol,combined with the characteristics of industrial control system,completed the data communication system design of the overall scheme;realized the hardware design and software design of ZigBee communication module based on and analysis of hardware correctness and rationality,and validated the feasibility of communication; finally, the data communication system is tested and the result is analyzed.Test results show that the system is able to quickly to established network,the sensor node,the routing node and the coordinator node can stable operation and data packet loss rate is very low,which can ensure data accuracy. |
