Wireless Group Control Server Research Based On CVI

In order to predict the gait correctly,it is necessary to develop a real time on-line monitoring system to acquire multi-channel gyroscope signal for the study of the gait prediction analysis in the negative heavy lower limb exoskeleton.So it is meaningful to develop a set of digital wireless group control system monitoring system based on CVI on the basis of the research of the national natural science foundation of China(51275170).With the rapid development of wireless sensor network,the advantage of wireless sensor network applied to industrial monitoring and control is becoming more and more obvious.This article elaborate the overall scheme of wireless group control system research,including the hardware design and software design of wireless group control nodes and wireless group control gateway,then emphatically elaborate the software research of wireless group control server based on CVI.The software system use TCP/IP communication technology,multithreaded programming technology,ActiveX programming technology,database programming technology,dynamic link library programming technology realizing each function module.The main function modules include login module,TCP/IP data acquisition,real-time data processing and display,the network information,parameter setting,data processing and data display,data storage and historical data query module.Each function module interface of the monitor and control system can display status information and the control parameters with friendly human-computer interaction interface.The test results in a multi-nodes monitoring show that in the actual engineering application the PC software based on CVI platform is able to complete the basic function of multi-nodes wireless data acquisition with man-machine interface amity and operation convenient,which has the characteristics of practical and reliable and can be used in many wireless data acquisition node environment conditions.
