With the development of Internet and multimedia technology, the diversification of information dissemination and circulation platform, appeared not only in traditional newspapers and television, but also in areas such as computers, mobile phones, tablet PCs and other mobile media terminals. Various media gradually showing integration and development trend. Under the integration of new media and traditional media, TV media, as a member of traditional media, was afflicted greatly, and Major television stations, facing with the media fusion challenge, have explored in their own path. In the aspect of human resource management, not only TV talents but a better management is also required to respond to the new media environment. Research on this can help to understand the present development of the media environment and perfect the modules of human resource management, which will then bring more suitable talents and the perfect human resources management to establish a branch with a competitive team and promote the rapid development of television media in the new environment.In this paper, by consulting relevant literature, books, network information for an investigation of TV media in our country, the author try to find out the impact and the problem of human resources management of television stations base on the present situation of the human resource management of China TV media, and, according to domestic and foreign outstanding TV media management methods, some improved strategies were put forward.The first part is the introduction part, mainly on the background and significance of the research, which described the domestic research statements about the three keywords: " media convergence "," human resource management ",’’human resource management of TV media in media convergence", and introduced the major research methods, research ideas and research framework in this paper. The second part is to explain and define the related concepts. Firstly, the author described the concept and features of media convergence, Secondly, the author explained briefly the definition of human resource management, and introduced the six modules one by one, Lastly, the author compared the TV media human resources with the management of TV media human resources. In the third part, according to the present situation of the human resource management of traditional TV media, the author analyzed the internal structure, talent structure, performance assessment and training of current television media. Combined the influence of TV media by media fusion with the problems in new media environment, the author also explained the new requirements of TV talents for the media fusion and the effects of each human resource management process. The fourth part is countermeasures and suggestions, this part, based on the analysis in the third part, the author compared domestic outstanding television media with relatively weak television media, having found some effective management measures, including the reform of management ideology, the diversification of talent types and recruiting channels, the evaluation and compensation system to adapt to the new media environment, and the training mechanism and content close to the new requirements for television talents in media convergence, and so on. In the last part of the summary and outlook on the full text, showed the innovation of this article and the existing problems, pointing out the fields and directions to be strengthened of this research in the future.
