At present,the Internet covers a wide range of areas,digital technology is changing with each passing day,and the changes in information transmission channels,users' social communication methods and economic operation environment have brought about earth-shaking changes in the media landscape and public opinion ecology.The emerging technologies related to media and the new media forms generated by technology have achieved a transformative growth,thus subverting the traditional communication pattern and public opinion guidance from all aspects.Traditional media are on the wane,with shrinking market share,reduced advertising revenue and serious loss of audience,while the development of new media is "surging forward".From the perspective of ecological generation of public opinion,the influence of new media is expanding,while the ability of traditional media to guide public opinion is facing great challenges.How to reverse the declining trend and reshape the discourse power and influence of mainstream media organizations in the Internet era has become an urgent problem to be solved.In August 2014,China issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Integration of Traditional Media and Emerging Media(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions).The Opinion explains the importance of media convergence from the perspective of national strategy.In this context,China is stepping up efforts to promote media convergence and accelerate the integration of new and traditional media.Through a large number of data analysis,we can see that traditional media gradually adapt to the market demand through the integration of new media,and the position of mainstream media is gradually consolidated.However,the traditional media should clearly realize that the actual effect of the current media convergence has not yet met the requirements of the central government,that is,the mainstream media has not been able to occupy the position of network public opinion through media convergence.As a new media platform for Party media,S Company has always been very active in promoting media convergence,and has made great achievements in recent years.S Company not only takes the initiative to learn from the experience of other party newspapers and central media,but also continuously deepen the reform and integrated development,put forward various special topics and columns to optimize the content supply.Innovate and reform the incentive mechanism,make every effort to build an integrated organizational structure,perfect the production mechanism,and fully revitalize the internal vitality and power.From the media operation management Angle,this paper focuses on the S of the company's production of content,technical support,customer service,profit model,personnel system,by analyzing the company S current strategy,sums up the five main problems,and put forward feasible improvement methods to solve these problems,in the hope of company S media convergence to the further development of healthy and sustainable.Through the analysis of this paper,the existing problems of S Company's operation management strategy include: lack of featured products;Slow platform optimization;Difficulty in the construction of talent team;Lack of understanding of user needs;There are few profit methods.Based on this,the improvement measures of S Company's operation management strategy proposed in this paper include: finding its own positioning and creating high-quality products;Master the core technology,train technical personnel;Break down the traditional system barriers and establish the employment system in line with media convergence;Improve the big data analysis system to enhance user interaction;Expand revenue channels to ensure the smooth progress of each link.It is hoped that the research of this paper can contribute to the research of related fields.
