With the rapid development of economy and society,under the background of the wide application of Internet technology,traditional news media are facing unprecedented impact.A large number of "new media,self media" are emerging,changing the industrial development form of traditional media,and also giving birth to a large number of new development opportunities.As the core resource and primary productivity of the operation and management of media industry,human resources will not change no matter how the management mode of media organization changes.However,at present,most media organizations in China still follow the traditional personnel management mode of public institutions.The management concept,operation system and the new trend of media development of this mode are not suitable for each other,and there are also many disadvantages,which can not meet the requirements of new development and bring adverse effects on the survival and development of media organizations.Although most of the traditional media in China have gradually realized and paid attention to this situation and made some explorations on the corresponding reform,the objective effect is not obvious after all.Under the background of the state's proposal to integrate media resources and create "financial media",it is an important subject to be studied that how traditional media institutions face the new competitive environment,make corresponding strategic and business model adjustments,realize the enterprise and scientific management of media institutions,and fully tap the potential of human resources through human resource integration.The integration of human resources needs to reset an organizational structure,re analyze the strategic positioning of objectives,optimize the personnel training mechanism,and carry out scientific performance appraisal of human resources.Through these ways,the convergence of organizational objectives and personal objectives can be achieved,and the consistency of personal vision and organizational vision can be achieved,so as to form a comprehensive joint force and achieve a group The same frequency resonance between weaving and individuals,and the realization of all these needs a complete theoretical system to support and guide,and a comprehensive integration in accordance with scientific and orderly steps.Based on the case study of human resource integration of financial media center in zone B,this paper discusses and studies the integration strategy,existing problems,integration plan and measures design of human resource in the process of transformation from traditional media to financial media in China,combining with psychological contract,core competence,human capital,corporate culture,process reengineering and other related theories,and through sampling survey,it also discusses and studies the integration strategy,existing problems,integration plan and measures design,etc The effect of human resource integration of financial media center in zone B is evaluated.
