The deep integration of media has swept through,providing media organizations with a new direction of development and simultaneously increasing the requirements for human resource management.In the context of deep media integration,research on the human resource incentive model can effectively stimulate the work enthusiasm of practitioners,improve the content production capacity of new media works of media organizations,and help media organizations successfully integrate and transform.The impact of deep media integration on human resource incentives is as follows:changes in the role of practitioners,skill requirements,and their own needs.Combined with ERG theory,this article integrates the factors that affect the operation of the incentive model into four dimensions: income and welfare,working environment,organizational relationship,and self-growth.At different stages of the deep integration of media,the human resource incentive model presents different characteristics.At present,the existing human resource incentive models include three incentive models based on enhancing public opinion guidance ability,based on improving media economic competitiveness and based on inspiring new media skills.These three incentive models present the characteristics of evolution from single incentive to multiple incentives,from universal incentives to precise incentive development,and from material incentives to growth incentives.In the deep integration of media,the human resource incentive model has played a role in enhancing the media organization's ability to publicize and guide,enhance the value of the media organization's economic benefits,and help practitioners master the skills of new media.Problems such as sustainable development,the consolidation of measures and the dynamic integration of deep integration,and the serious loss of talents in the all-media composite compound.This article starts from the causes,combines the results of the questionnaire survey and practical cases,and proposes countermeasures to optimize the operation of the human resources incentive model,to stimulate the effectiveness of practitioners,and to help media organizations adapt to the deep integration.
