In recent years,the rapid development of new media has greatly affected and changed the way people obtain news and information.Audiences have changed from reading newspaper news in print to read web news,and now through We Chat,Weibo,and Douyin.,Kuaishou and other mobile clients get information anytime and anywhere,which threatens the situation of traditional media.With the improvement of my country's international status,the influence and voice of mainstream media in the domestic and cross-strait media industry have become more and more important.The competition among major media has become more and more fierce,and more audiences are accustomed to acquiring from new media.At home and abroad,the audience is no longer satisfied with passive acceptance,but more autonomously obtains the news they need through social and news mobile clients.And all kinds of self-media and Internet celebrities also publish new things anytime and anywhere through the convenience of the Internet,and use the mobile terminal to push them to the audience in the first time.Therefore,the development of traditional media is not only threatened by changes in news dissemination methods,but also threatened by competitors in the same industry.Nowadays,the bigger challenge comes from all kinds of self-media and Internet celebrities.How to develop a management mechanism suitable for today's media groups has become the top priority of this research.This article takes A Media Group as the research object,through the review and analysis of related theories,combined with the basic theories in the business management course,through literature search,statistical investigation,etc.,combined with the actual situation of A Media Group,using PEST,STP,wave Special five forces model,SWOT and other analysis methods,through the analysis of the basic process of the management of the media group,management structure,management content and other own conditions,systematic analysis of internal and external environmental problem existing in management,and strategic control Systematic analysis,identify the group's market positioning and target customers,and provide for the group's development strategy selection based on the analysis of A Media Group's product strategy,operation strategy,promotion strategy,brand strategy,diversified development strategy,innovation strategy,and talent strategy Corresponding basis.At the same time,in order to ensure that the strategic choice can be implemented,this article lists the implementation strategies of the development strategy for A Media Group through research to ensure the specific implementation of the project,hoping to provide some enlightenment and reference for the future development of A Media Group effect.
