With the fierce market competition and the inflow of foreign bank capital, the banking industry in China has been greatly impacted. In order to make our country bank a long-term favorable position in market competition and enhance the bank’s sustainable development, we need to deal with the existing customer resources and develop potential customers to retain the existing customers. Nowadays, bank customers are relatively complex and banks have a huge consumption data, traditional customer relationship management has been unable to fully meet the current development need. Therefore, it is necessary to construct efficient information processing and customer relationship management system with the aid of computer technology and network technology.According to the basic idea of software development, this paper develop a bank customer relationship management system(CRM system). CRMS can enhance the bank’s ability to manage customer relations and management measures. Firstly, the system can enhance bank customer demand for dynamic tracking, effectively to customer demand changes in the effective tracking; secondly, the system can according to the customer demand in real time to adjust their products to constantly refine; finally, the system can be advanced technology into software applications which, according to the customer’s personal information, records of consumption and investment is used, to customers for positioning and management, so as to improve the management ability. The test proves that the system can meet the needs of the software industry.Bank customer relationship management system developed in this paper according to the MVC design pattern, making the developed application in the front-end display, processing logic and data manipulation strictly separated, and in the development and application of strictly follow the safety code and components reuse rate, reliability and maintenance standard. Improve the efficiency of bank staff,the successful development of the system, in order to provide customers with satisfactory service at the same time can enhance the customer loyalty, and ultimately support the long-term development of the bank.
