At present our country for in the industrial field of real-time data monitoring the acquisition, mostly by cable to, not only in the field need to consider how to reasonably large scale routing, but also consider the data in wired communication in the process of decay and loss. And when the installation of manpower and time is also a huge waste of the industry,while the situation is complex, the line is difficult to maintain the maintenance of the high degree of difficulty, cost, layout and fixed. These factors greatly reduce the flexibility,scalability and cost performance of the system.Wireless communication technology has been the forefront of the international community in the forefront of the field, but also to be evaluated as one of the three major industries in the future of high-tech. It combines the sensor, micro electronics manufacturing,communications, and other aspects of technology. Capable of collecting, transmitting and processing all kinds of monitored objects in real time. This system based on ZigBee wireless network technology, using wireless network nodes form a industrial data acquisition system,the design and Research on the mobile wireless measurement system based on MCU stm32 w,making the system is of high flexibility, not only can arbitrarily change the node deployment position, there is no need to worry about the wiring and maintenance, and the use of Android mobile development platform, is designed and developed. It can be applied to the mobile terminal app software, the realization of the outside of the industrial field can timely use of mobile terminal equipment to carry on the real-time monitoring of the industrial field data.The system studied in this paper is tested in the laboratory and outdoor, and the deficiencies of the system are tested repeatedly, which can meet the design requirements. The system has the features of low cost, low power consumption, strong practicability and the like,not only is suitable to the industrial environment in a variety of industrial data acquisition and is still agricultural, household, military, medical and other many fields has great application value.
