In the past few years, the global wireless communication immerges a explosive trends. Meanwhile, Internet is also developing tremendously, people are more and more dependent on the information getting from the Internet, and they hope not only from the personal computer but also by wireless and mobile device to visit the information on Internet. With the application of wireless technology, it can extend the requirement of space by the host. The emergence of the mobile and wireless technology fostered the development of the application of the mobile. But the application is focused on the layer of costumers, and another respect of the revolution is populated.The character of Java language, in which it could be cross platform, makes J2ME more competitive in complementing visiting Internet by mobile equipment. The third author of software could easily involve in development of application programming, as well as to transplant the application to mobile, thus shortening the develop cycle. Also, it supports downloading and updating dynamically. With the improvement of improvement of mode of transmission, J2ME's technology owns high flexibility and reliability undoubtedly focuses on the amalgamation of application, it enhance the aptitude of wireless technology, offer more powerful application support in the future condition, which has wider bandwidth, optimized transmission. As a result, the prospect of enterprises' mobile application can be expected.With the openness of the wireless network, the sensible data is more easily to be intercepted and captured. So the security is obviously highlighted in the mobile calculation and wireless condition. There are three aspects in the security of mobile equipment: firstly, the security of wireless application downloaded by mobile equipment, which could be assured by secure structure of J2ME; Secondly,thesecurity of storage information on mobile equipment, which can be guaranteed by PBE mode based on password, and it also solves the hardness of remembering key, avoid the hidden trouble brought by store in plaintext; Thirdly, the security of transmission of data on Internet, which could be solve by data encryption, identification proof and safe communication protocol.In order to keep pace with the booming demand of the enterprises mobile application , in this article, I designed a subscription system through which the mobile equipment can access the enterprises. Owing to this system, the crew of the corporations and the clients are able to get rid of the fetter of the traditional wire-linked network. Each staff member, wherever he or she is, could keep connecting with the company and thus work efficiently. And the clients, not just limiting to PC or in their office, but also anywhere could they contact with these companies for business. This system can accomplish a series of operations concerning subscription in wireless network condition.As the development and commercialization of 3G technology, the progress and maturity of the wireless enterprise market is a must in that wireless application can bring into higher productivity and value of existed investment. And, it not only directly determines the survival and prosperity of a corporation but plays the vital role as the firsthand impulse of markets as well. By realizing that wireless application brings more productivity to existed investments and more economics. Treating it as one of their developing strategies, the enterprises could expect enhancing their competitive capability dramatically and becoming the bellwether of industry.
