The emergence of wireless sensor networks change the human way to interact with the nature, it change all the physical information into logical information and transmit to the humans. As the wireless sensor network technology rapid development, its application is also more and more widely used in military, agriculture, environmental monitoring, intelligent home appliances, traffic control and other fields. As wireless sensor networks, gradually deepening the network of energy efficiency and load balancing become a major problem, researchers began to make use of mobile devices to solve this problem. The paper mainly research and analysis for data collection based on the mobile terminal, and carry out works in three areas as follows:1. Propose a mobile strategy for ferry.Based on study of the Message ferry nodes for the delay tolerant network, this paper proposed ferry nodes moving with opposite direction. such a mobile strategy is based on considerations of storage capacity, because delay tolerant network transmit data in the store-carry-transmit mode, the storage capacity becomes a factor affecting network performance, when the ferry in the same region moving with the opposite direction, the node can reduce the situations that ferry carry the data for idling, and increase ferry carrying capacity of the node.2. In sensor network applications, based on the introduction of mobile base stations, the paper determines the best distribution of mobile base stations and path location by the theoretical analysis.In wireless sensor networks, by moving of base station to increase the number of nodes in the one-hop round of base station, in the one aspect of the maximum load reducing, in the another aspect of decreasing energy consumption because the number of hops of all nodes to reach the base station have been reduced. The mobile path of mobile base stations is very important, and we must ensure that it can solve the two issues of the total energy consumption and load balance. The paper analyzes the relationship of the path of mobile base stations, quantity of mobile base stations and network parameter moving track the number of the relationship between the parameters of the network. According to the various parameters and indicators of the network, choose the best quantity of mobile base stations and mobile path.3. Mobile Terminal Application Platform.As data collection based on the mobile terminal for wireless sensor network development, especially the model discussed in the second part of this article, high-end application terminal with data gathering is necessary. High-end mobile terminals can be directly user-oriented, flexible application platform. In the paper, the terminal with processor S3C2410 transplants Qtopia, the entire process of the embedded soft development environment, and the application development process. And the embedded Berkeley DB databases, matrix keyboard input are transplanted to the ARM terminal.
