With the information age coming, more and more enterprises are equipped with personal computers to improve their work efficiency. The high efficiency processing ability of the computer makes the enterprise stepping into automation office. But with the increase in the number of computers, the process and delivery of information content also grows, the traditional automation office process has appeared to be inadequate. In this tradition, the concept of collaborative office system arises at the historic moment. It can improve the efficiency of the enterprise and make better supervision and decision on the enterprise’s process.The aim of this paper is to invest a reliable and perfect enterprise cooperative office system. The system uses the current popular B/S architecture, using SSH framework to achieve our business and platform. It’s background uses the open source database, through the open source service publishing software for coding and releasing. We use My SQL as our database, Apache as our release software. Based on the above technology, we solve the author’s unit of enterprise cooperative office business, improving the working process, and the efficiency of the work.In the process of system design and development, we design and implement the system strictly according to the software engineering design cycle. First of all, we analyzed the feasibility of enterprise cooperative work platform and demonstrated the feasibility of system implementation in several aspects of system requirement, time and cost. Then the demand analysis and outline design of the enterprise cooperative office system are carried out. We believe that a basic enterprise cooperative office system must include administrators, general staff, managers and other roles. Different roles of business can be divided into mail module, personal management module, scheduling module, work collaboration module, workflow module and other main modules. The whole system can be divided into the foreground business module and the backstage management module according to the usage scene. General users can log on the system to use all the functions provided by the system. The system administrator can log in the system to manage the related content, and maintain the relevant information.The enterprise collaborative office system’s research, design and implementation process is clear, after the realization of the functions of the user needs to cover all the basic functions. At the same time to meet the functional needs of users, we realize the basic interface design, the user to use the process more convenient and clear.
