The Network Office Platform Research, Collaborative Work Environment

With the coming of the network age representative of Internet, the networked manufacturing will be the inevitable trend of the future manufacturing. As the key tool for supporting the networked collaborative work system, the platform of OA is greatly emphasized in manufacturing enterprise, it effectively supports the networked manufacturing, and it is beneficial to the enterprise reduce the cost ,and improve the quality of producet and service . further more, it will help all the manufacturing enterprises be lining up into virtual enterprises to meet the ever-increasing customer's demands in a more flexible and effective way than before.In this paper, based on the detailedly analyse of the particular demanding ,key supporting technology and functioanal levels of OA platform in networked collaborative work system, we bring forward a overall frame.There are two legs of this platform, one is workflow management system and another is cross-organizational OA integration technology, In the end,the author has tried to established a testing platform of e-Office. By this palatform,we can do networked collaborative office work,and can exchange workflow information,business data,and shared resource.Further more,the author has bringed out new viewpoint of dynamic business components,and a particular resolvent of cross-organizational OA integration.
