The Design And Application Of Collaborative Office System Based On Network In Colleges And Universities

Recently,with the continuous development of education information in China,information-based office increasingly shows its impact on colleges and universities.The early developed OA office system,limited to the mail delivery and the meeting notice is unable to adapt to the rapid development of education information.Therefore,to adapt to the pace of development of information technology,improve work efficiency,and standardize work processes,the research of university collaborative office system is of great significance.Based on the collaborative office system project of Lanzhou Petrochemical Polytechnic,this research aims to find the design idea and development method of the collaborative office system for the adaptation to the development of university education information.With the advanced network technology and combination with the facts of LZPP,target users are identified and this system investigates,sorts,and sums up the overall demand of collaborative office system and its related demand of business in LZPP.After the analysis of the basic data and business data of the system,the logical structure and physical structure of the system database are designed.By deeply analyzing the system requirements,this paper puts forward three tier architectures of collaborative office system,that is,data layer,application platform layer and business layer,thus making the system profoundly expansible and reliable.The collaborative office system of LZPP is designed and implemented under the Java development platform.This paper focuses on design methods and implementation results of document processing,conference management and leave management.At the end,by exemplifying the school document module,this paper introduces the implementation and the testing process of the system.The collaborative office system of LZPP designed applies the three tier architecture models thus realizing system services,applications and business logic of the sub management,which effectively improves the flexibility and expansibility of the system.Three function modules that is,personal affairs,document processing,integrated office provided by the system not only effectively integrates resources of the college,but also standardizes workprocesses,which greatly improves work efficiency in departments of the university and speeds up the pace of development of information-based office.
